Bright Stem provides hand-crafted floral arrangements and related products using fresh, seasonal materials. All purchases made through our website are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By completing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.

Bright Stem takes great care in selecting and handling flowers and foliage to provide the highest quality arrangements. However, many flowers, plants, and fillers naturally produce pollen, sap, or fragrances that may trigger allergies or sensitivities in some individuals.

While we make every effort to accommodate requests for low-pollen or hypoallergenic options, we cannot guarantee that any arrangement will be completely free from allergens such as pollen, fragrances, or other plant materials.

If you or your recipient have known allergies, please inform us prior to placing your order so we can recommend suitable alternatives. Bright Stem shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from contact with or proximity to our products.

All Bright Stem arrangements are hand-crafted and made from fresh, natural materials. Due to the nature of flowers and foliage, variations in color, size, and shape may occur.

In the event that specific blooms are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with flowers or foliage of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic and style of your selected design. Such substitutions do not constitute grounds for refunds or replacements.

Delivery dates and times depend on when we next visit your area, we will communicate this with you after your purchase and will do our best to make reasonable accommodations. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, courier delays, or recipient availability.

Bright Stem is not responsible for delays caused by such circumstances but will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery.

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants:

• Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
• Cancellations made after this period are not eligible for a refund.
• Refunds or replacements are issued solely at the discretion of Bright Stem management.
   

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order in the event of fraudulent activity, incorrect information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Each order includes care instructions to help prolong the lifespan of your flowers. The longevity of floral arrangements depends on factors such as environment, temperature, and handling.

Bright Stem is not responsible for reduced longevity or damage resulting from improper care, placement, or environmental conditions after delivery or pickup.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Stem and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to:

• Allergic reactions or sensitivities
• Delayed or missed deliveries
• Variations in floral appearance or substitutions

In no event shall Bright Stem’s total liability exceed the value of the product purchased.

Images displayed on our website and promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual arrangements may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability.

By placing an order with Bright Stem, you grant permission for photographs of our floral arrangements (excluding personal identifiers) to be used for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Massachusetts.

Bright Stem reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
